No returns
Outf8 does not accept returns.
No refunds
Outf8 does not offer refunds. All sales are final, except where an exchange is approved under this policy.
Exchanges only
We offer exchanges only, subject to approval and stock availability.
An exchange may be approved if:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

All tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

The request is raised within [7 days] of delivery
Exchange options

You may exchange for another product available on outf8.com.

If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the difference.

If the replacement product costs less, the difference is not refunded.
How to request an exchange
Email support@outf8.com with:

Order ID
-
Product name/size
-
Reason for exchange
-
Photos (if the item is incorrect/damaged)
We will reply with next steps and pickup/shipping instructions.
Items not eligible for exchange
Exchanges will not be accepted if the item:

shows signs of use, washing, damage, stains, or odor
-
is missing tags/packaging
-
is not in original condition
Shipping for exchanges
Customers are responsible for exchange pickup/shipping charges. The exact cost (if applicable) will be shared during exchange approval.
